My name is Julie Taylor and I am a qualified, experienced counsellor in Redditch and and Bromsgrove, near Birmingham, Droitwich, Studley, Alcester and Evesham, in Worcestershire, West Midlands and Warwickshire.

I am a mature lady with a wealth of life experience. I offer confidential counselling in a comfortable, relaxed setting in my home in Redditch, close to Bromsgrove and Birmingham. I also see clients in Bromsgrove. I work in a flexible way, using person-centred and cognitive behaviour (CBT) therapies, psychodynamic, neurolinguistic programming (NLP) and brief, solution focused and other counselling theories and skills which I adapt to suit you personally.

My aim is to help you overcome issues (like anxiety, anger, life crisis, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, loss, stress, and so on) that may be preventing you from leading a more satisfying, fulfilling life, and helping you to handle life's challenges with confidence. Sometimes it's just good to talk to someone outside family and friends, someone who will listen without passing judgement, and this can help you to see things more clearly. I have experience helping clients with many different issues, including those who have had difficulties with:
